Construction and Rehabiliation

Blue Water Habitat for Humanity's newest rehab property at 312 Bruce St., Marine City will be sold to the Lipa family in December 2010.  This is BWHFH's first LEED certified property.  New energy technology used on this project include:
   Super insulated building envelope
   Evacuated tube solar collectors for domestic solar hot water and space heating.
   Efficient fixtures and appliances
   Energy Recovery Ventilator for indoor air quality and moisture control
