Blue Water Habitat for Humanity is experiencing a "Land Crisis". Approved Habitat families have completed 100 or more hours of sweat-equity and yet we have not been able to locate land on which to build their homes. If you can help, we'd like to talk to you!

Blue Water Habitat purchases land at fair appraisal value. We do not purchase property in the floodplain and we do not mediate hardship issues.
